Larry Schwandes is a retired chemist who became interested in rainwater harvesting after visiting the semi-arid region of Brazil in 2002. Since then, he has experimented extensively with rainwater collection and use, and will share his knowledge with us. He will review various methods of collecting rainwater, different pump systems, and a wide variety of uses for rainwater, from car and clothes washing to gardening and even showers.
