Come join us for an informative, fun and delicious workshop as we learn together how to make raw milk cheese from and yogurt from pasteurized cow’s milk!
Facilitated by Ellen from the wilds of Tennessee. Ellen spent some months working with goats and learning the simple art of cheese and yogurt making and is here in Gainesville to share the knowledge!
All cheese-makers will get to take home their cheese and yogurt!
Most materials provided for the workshop, however, if you plan to take home some cheese and yogurt please bring jars.
*There is no workshop fee, only materials cost which will be determined closer to time.*
