The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting a community forum for local stakeholders to learn about future use considerations for the Koppers Site. Information presented will include stakeholder reuse goals gathered to date and potential reuse considerations for a range of remedial alternatives.
Members of the Gainesville community are invited by Scott Miller to attend this walkthrough the Koppers Site on June 15 at 7 p.m. to address the possible issue of buried drums. This will be “an informal event with no presentations, etc. but simply a fact-finding approach.” Those who attend must RSVP.
