That said, I am particularly interested in the world of food...the natural food business from natural/organic produce to specialty products....</p> <p>Unlike many of my 'green' cohorts, I am a meat eater. Still, I am doing everything I can to educate myself on the reality of natural and organic meat and how I can feel better about eating it. That includes understanding the truth about beef and if there are ranches and companies out there who are doing it 'right'. </p> <p>It will be great to learn from all of you and hopefully I make a few nice friends by being a part of this great community.</p> <p>Susan </p>
